These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Khaas website, applications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Khaas, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Khaas is a moderated creator platform that enables creators to publish content, build audiences, and offer paid or unpaid access to digital content and related experiences.
Khaas is not an adult-content platform. Use of the Service is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any additional policies, community rules, monetization rules, or platform notices we may publish.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account, publish content, receive payouts, or use paid features on Khaas.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You may need to create an account to access some features of the Service.
You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, payment-partner requirements, app-platform requirements, or applicable law.
Khaas provides a platform for creators and their audiences. Khaas is not a party to every interaction between creators and subscribers.
Creators are solely responsible for:
Subscribers are solely responsible for:
Khaas may offer subscriptions, one-time purchases, pay-per-view access, credits, tips, or other paid features.
By making a purchase, you agree that:
Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the provider that owns the subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed through Apple, iOS, or Apple subscription settings. Google Play subscriptions must be managed through Google Play, Android, or Google Play subscription settings. Web subscriptions billed by Khaas and Stripe must be managed through Khaas web or Stripe-controlled web flows. If you try to cancel or change a subscription from the wrong platform, Khaas may show instructions, status, links, or support options, but that wrong-platform flow does not itself complete provider cancellation, change the provider subscription, remove access early, or create a refund.
Canceling a subscription normally stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Access normally continues until the end of the paid provider period unless Apple, Google Play, Stripe, a payment processor, a card network, or another provider revokes, refunds, voids, reverses, or charges back the payment, or unless Khaas removes content, account access, or entitlements for policy, legal, safety, or compliance reasons. Provider decisions may affect billing, access, renewal dates, refunds, reversals, and entitlement status.
PPV / pay-per-view unlocks are one-time digital purchases. Access starts immediately after successful payment or payment-provider verification. PPV unlocks are final once access is delivered or opened, except where required by law or payment-provider policy. Once PPV content is unlocked, opened, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise accessed, the purchase cannot be canceled through Khaas except where required by law or payment-provider policy.
Subscription cancellation does not revoke already-paid PPV unlocks unless that PPV purchase or content is refunded, revoked, moderated, deleted, removed, restricted, or otherwise affected under these Terms, provider rules, law, or the PPV policy shown in the product.
Refunds are not automatic. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play. Refunds for web purchases are handled by Khaas and Stripe according to Khaas policy, applicable law, provider or dispute outcomes, duplicate charges, non-delivery, verified fraud, approved support exceptions, technical failures, chargebacks, and payment-provider requirements.
Creator earnings are provisional until provider payments are verified, retained by Khaas, and pass Khaas payout safety checks. Khaas pays creators only from provider-confirmed, retained, non-refunded, non-revoked, non-charged-back, eligible money after applicable external fees, platform share, reserves, holds, and risk review. Khaas does not pay creators from Khaas funds to replace provider money that was refunded, revoked, voided, charged back, disputed, reversed, or not retained.
Creators may be subject to platform fees, payment processing fees, taxes, reserves, chargebacks, refunds, reversals, payout delays, withholding, and other deductions disclosed by Khaas or applicable processors. Refunds, revocations, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, content-quality complaints, non-delivery, policy removals, creator mistakes, or creator-caused losses may reduce, reverse, hold, offset, claw back, or recover creator earnings where legally and contractually permitted.
Khaas may place payout holds, reserves, negative-balance recovery, future payout offsets, manual review, account restrictions, or monetization limits on creator accounts where required or where we determine there is elevated refund, revocation, dispute, chargeback, fraud, content-quality, compliance, or platform-safety risk. Creator funds are subject to hold, maturity, reserve, minimum-withdrawal, provider settlement, and risk-review rules before withdrawal. Khaas may use provider reports and events, ledger records, billing alerts, support records, and risk review to determine payable amounts.
Khaas may block, reverse, delay, hold, claw back, or refuse payments, purchases, subscriptions, credits, or payouts where we believe there is elevated risk relating to fraud, abuse, prohibited content, chargeback exposure, sanctions, legal compliance, app-store requirements, payment-partner rules, or platform safety.
Creators may change their monthly subscription prices. New subscribers may see and be charged the creator's current price immediately after a change, subject to checkout, app-store, payment-provider, and Khaas availability rules.
For existing subscribers, the price for the current paid cycle generally remains the captured subscription or funded creator price until the next applicable billing event or provider-confirmed change. For subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, the timing and availability of price changes may depend on App Store or Google Play confirmation, notice, consent, renewal, and store-policy requirements. For web subscriptions billed through Khaas and Stripe, existing subscribers stay on their current provider-backed price unless and until a provider-backed migration is completed.
Current paid access is normally preserved through the paid provider period unless a refund, revocation, cancellation, chargeback, payment failure, policy violation, legal requirement, provider failure, content removal, account restriction, or another rule in these Terms or provider terms affects access.
Creator wallet and payout calculations are based on Khaas canonical ledger records and funded creator prices. Apple and Google localized storefront prices may differ by country, currency, taxes, provider pricing tiers, foreign exchange rates, or store policy, and those localized prices may be updated from time to time. Localized Apple or Google storefront prices are store or provider display and collection evidence; they are not necessarily the creator payout basis.
If Khaas changes this price-change policy in the future, Khaas should update the relevant Terms, Creator Terms, subscription or billing help pages, creator-facing documentation, billing UI, and related policy notices before or alongside the product change.
Except where required by law, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access to paid content, paid features, or digital benefits has been granted.
However, Khaas may, in its discretion, issue refunds, reverse transactions, remove access, delay payouts, place reserves, or take other action in cases involving:
Store-managed purchases may also be subject to the refund, revocation, cancellation, or dispute procedures of Apple App Store or Google Play.
For PPV unlocks, Khaas generally opposes refunds for successfully delivered and consumed digital content where payment-provider policy allows. If Apple, Google Play, Stripe, a card network, or another payment provider grants a refund, revocation, reversal, or chargeback after access, Khaas may revoke the PPV entitlement and reverse, hold, claw back, offset, or recover related creator earnings where legally and contractually permitted.
Repeated refund requests, reversals, revocations, or chargebacks for delivered and consumed PPV content may lead to PPV purchase warnings, stricter purchase acknowledgements, temporary PPV purchase restrictions, manual review, or account risk review. These PPV purchase restrictions do not automatically cancel subscriptions or block account login.
Where allowed and where user consent or policy basis permits, Khaas may provide purchase, delivery, access, consumption, refund, account-tenure, and abuse-prevention information to Apple, Google Play, Stripe, card networks, payment processors, or other relevant providers during refund, revocation, dispute, chargeback, fraud, or legal review. Khaas does not provide private content payloads for this purpose unless legally required.
You retain ownership of content you submit, post, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"), subject to the rights you grant below.
By uploading or posting User Content on Khaas, you grant Khaas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, transmit, moderate, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, promote, and enforce the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
Before your first creator upload or publish action, Khaas may require you to confirm acceptance of the upload rules, Community Guidelines, and any creator-content safety requirements shown inside the product.
You may not use Khaas to upload, publish, promote, sell, request, transmit, link to, or otherwise make available any content, product, service, conduct, or transaction that falls into any of the following categories.
Khaas may remove content or restrict accounts at any time if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, payment-partner requirements, app-store rules, or a risk to users or the platform.
Khaas may use automated tools, hash matching, machine learning, metadata analysis, link analysis, keyword and behavioral detection, human review, user reports, and other signals to review content, profiles, messages, uploads, transactions, and conduct in order to protect users and the platform.
We may take action including:
Users may be able to report content or accounts they believe violate these Terms or our policies. We may investigate reports and act in our discretion.
Khaas may restrict certain sensitive content based on declared or verified age, geography, platform, payment requirements, or other risk factors.
Even where age-restricted access exists, Khaas may still prohibit entire categories of content or conduct.
No creator has a right to publish or monetize content on Khaas simply because that content may be lawful somewhere.
The Service, including its software, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials provided by Khaas, is owned by Khaas or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
If you believe content or conduct on Khaas violates these Terms, your rights, or applicable law, please contact us at hello@khaas.me.
We may investigate and take action in our discretion.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion using the in-app or web deletion flow we make available, and you may also contact hello@khaas.me if you need support.
When you request deletion, access to the deleted account and its public visibility inside Khaas end immediately. Public creator routing, visible profile information, and user-visible content tied to that deleted account are removed from normal product flows promptly after processing.
Recoverable personal data may remain in a limited internal retention state for up to 30 days before hard purge so we can complete deletion workflows and satisfy narrow security, fraud, dispute, or compliance needs. Minimal financial, tax, audit, legal, chargeback, security, fraud, moderation, or enforcement records may be retained longer where required or permitted by law or platform obligations.
If you sign in again after deletion, Khaas creates a fresh account state and does not automatically restore deleted content, deleted profile history, or a previously deleted public handle.
If you purchased subscriptions directly from Khaas, we stop future renewals for upcoming cycles when your deletion request is processed. If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation timing, refunds, and renewal behavior may still be controlled by Apple or Google until you cancel through the relevant store account.
Sections of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect, including sections relating to payments, refunds, content licenses, intellectual property, moderation, safety, disclaimers, liability limitations, disputes, and enforcement.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Khaas does not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khaas and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Khaas for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Khaas and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@khaas.me and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact:
